Resene Construction Systems is proud to announce that Fowler Homes Manawatu picked up 3 golds and the supreme award at the Manawatu Regional Master Builder awards held in Palmerston North on Saturday night.
The house entries had an element of Resene Construction Systems products on them consisting of Integra 50mm AAC panel, EPS 40MM, Integra Fencing & Graphex Insulated Facade.
Shane Walker from Fowler Homes has used the Resene Construction System products since he opened the business in 2009. He believes that striving for top quality builds on every house, regardless of the clients budget is paramount. Having the assurance that Resene Construction Systems undertake a on-site assist check during construction followed up with a two yearly inspection of the dwellings gives Shane the piece of mind he requires as a Master Builder.
The Summerset group are in the process of building a new retirement village in the heart of Nelson.
This complex is made up of blocks of units that have been plastered with Rockcote Integra Panel and finished in Rockcote Classico 1mm Acrylic texture.
The units and the hospital wing use a two tone colour scheme and a mix of Cedar weatherboards to compliment the plaster.
The Integra LWC Facade System provides a solid hard wearing finish as well as sound insulation for a cosy dwelling

Originally this existing building was to be wall papered. Milano was used to achieve a zero spread of flame decorative finish. This ended up being a cost saving to the owners as well.
Milano uses Italian Marble Sands, commonly referred to as Polished Plaster or Venetian Stucco, it is hand applied and built up in layers, this is a bespoke texture finish. It has a Polished Reflective quality when viewed at different angles.
